  1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the services, products, websites, applications, APIs, or other offerings (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Studio Tavé (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

  2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

  3. Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in accordance with applicable law.

  4. Account Registration and Security

  • You may need to register for an account to access certain features. Provide accurate, current, and complete information. Keep your account credentials secure and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  • You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with providing and promoting the Services.

  • You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant the license above and that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

  • We may monitor, review, remove, or refuse to host any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

  • Violate laws, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or engage in fraudulent activity.

  • Use the Services to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful code.

  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Services, including reverse engineering, probing, or disrupting systems.

  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Services without our prior written consent.

  • Impersonate others or provide false information.

  • The Services and all content provided by us, excluding User Content, are our property or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our content or the Services except as expressly authorized in writing.

  • The Services may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Use of third-party offerings is at your own risk.

  • Integration with third-party services is subject to the third party’s terms and policies.

  • If a fee applies, you agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes in accordance with the payment terms presented at purchase.

  • All fees are nonrefundable except as expressly stated. We may change prices for subscriptions or services; price changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.

  • We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment.

  • We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

  1. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars (USD 100) if you have not paid fees.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
